Most team headshot days move at about 3–5 minutes per person, depending on the setup and how you want the day to run. Large teams can usually be photographed in just a few hours.

Yes. I can provide a signup link for your team, or you can handle scheduling internally — whatever works better for your workflow.

Yes. Each person can usually choose their own final image, or your team can handle selections centrally if that works better.

Proofs are usually ready within 24–48 hours. Final retouched images are typically delivered within 5–7 days after selections are made.
